Choi Min-ho, better known by his mononym Minho, is a multi-talented South Korean artist, famous for his role as a rapper, singer, songwriter, and actor. Born on December 9, 1991, in Incheon, South Korea, Minho is a member of the renowned boy group SHINee, under SM Entertainment. SHINee, which debuted in May 2008, later became one of the best-selling Korean artists. Standing at a height of 184 cm, Minho has an older brother and graduated from Konkuk University with a degree in Arts and Culture Film in 2015. His childhood was influenced by soccer, stemming from his father's profession as a soccer coach. Discovered through SM Entertainment's Casting System in 2006, Minho embarked on his career in the entertainment industry. In addition to his musical endeavors with SHINee, where he serves as the main rapper and sub-vocalist, Minho has also ventured into acting and modeling. His diverse talents have been showcased in various capacities, from music performances with SHINee to modeling for designers like Ha Sang-beg. Known for his charismatic stage presence, Minho has been an active and influential figure in the K-pop industry since his debut.
