UO, born Kwon Yong-hyun on December 18, 1996, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and performer. He originally debuted in 2017 as a member of the boy group TST under his birth name, where he served as main vocalist and maknae. After TST’s disbandment, UO pursued a solo career, releasing his pre-debut single in April 2023 and officially debuting with his first mini-album Restart. In July 2023, he joined the boy group XEED (later rebranded as XD), making his group debut as a vocalist. During his time with XEED/XD, he contributed to music and performances while expanding his creative input as a songwriter. UO has also appeared on survival programs such as Project 7, showcasing his versatility and stage presence. Known for his expressive vocals, lyrical involvement, and dedication, he continues to build his career in both group and solo activities within the South Korean music industry.
